All content can be accessed and viewed online in the form of streaming videos which cannot be downloaded. Other content such as PDF files may be downloaded where applicable. Content may not be shared with any other users that are not a paid member.

Refund Policies

All payments are NON-refundable and no credit or partial refunds will be given. Users who register for the monthly payment plan are not eligible for a refund. Due to the nature of digital products, materials and video content created by Charlotte Gamache Academy, online orders are NOT eligible for a refund or a transfer to another service. We do not accept refund requests for technical difficulties from the user such as lost login info, internet provider issues or trouble accessing content unless we can reliably prove that Charlotte Gamache Academy was at fault. 

Monthly Payment Plan

By purchasing the monthly payment plan option, you agree to a reacurring payment for the duration specified at the time of purchase. The user accepts all responsibility for all reaccuring payments and any failed payments. Any failed payments will result in immediate loss of access to all content of Charlotte Gamache Academy and the user may be taken to collections for retrival of any monies lost.

Changes To the Terms Of Use

The company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Entire Agreement.

The Terms and Conditions of Use, including any additional terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service and the Service Content.
